PRS Mirabella features thousands of Northclad Aluminum panels in 3 colors. These were fabricated locally in our shop. Northshore was able to custom size many of the panels in order to reconcile dimensional issues on this complicated, great looking building. See more finished photos at www.northclad.com

We performed lots of siding work here, including the perforated metal on the score tower and the exterior walls utilizing several custom colors and various profiles of Centria siding. We did not do the vending booths.

The screen wall and penthouse feature Fabral metal siding in a custom color. The loading dock features Fabral metal roofing.

The transformation of the Sodo center occurred over several phases. We installed some heavy aluminum, some corrugated panels, and lots of flashing.

The City of Seattle geve this old warehouse a major facelift that included our curved flashing and miles of stainless steel gutter.

We provided the cornice detailing and flashing for the roof.
