Lincoln Square features over 40k square feet of composite siding panels, in three colors. The panels were provided by Centria. NSSM shop drawings helped manage the dimensions between trades for this fabulous looking building in Bellevue.

What can we say? The gray siding is Zinc. Everybody loves the matte look, the texture and the ability to be curved.

Northshore simultaneously performed the sheet metal siding on the hotel and retail portions of Lincoln Square during the installation of the composite panels. Three separate profiles of siding were implemented.

We installed the custom color AEP Prestige siding and the solid aluminum cladding, including the cut out ARTS sign. We have the ability to include CNC machine patterns, logos or letters into your design.

Northclad ACM panels, formed using Citadel composites RS system provide a clean look. Several colors were implemented here.

This project consisted of Citadel Composite panels, gridded out and in wedge shapes. The metal roofs were from AEP Span.

If you want curved roofing and flashing, give us a call. This building featured heavy, custom color fascia in order to minimize "oil-canning", and an AEP Select Seam roof.
